Telecommunication Industry's competition and product offerings are really marketed well for both business and personal use. For 450.00 pesos, you can have unlimited sun-sun calls and text messaging for one month and that is prepaid. To include some users like myself who does not want to get tied with contracts, prefers prepaid. A friend told me you can save more if you go postpaid and will have much more benefits. I have been enjoying this service for years to get in touch with my family, friends; take care of business, clients and work.
I have however received annoying phone calls and believe me, you won't like it. People will force you to speak a language so that they will understand you, they will insist that you should talk to them, they will bombard you with text messages that will clog up your inbox...because they are unli! different hours of day and night, they annoy you. When you will ask them who they're looking for, they will say that they just pressed those lucky numbers and hola...you are the unfortunate person that these pranksters will devour. Where is the "using technology wisely" now, where's the courtesy and phone etiquette? They ask like a police investigator, talk as if you are friends and they bother you the most when you just want to be left alone. It is just so funny that there are these guys that thinks that you would simply be delighted to give in to what they want, you just don't pick textmates as if they are leaves in the trees. they are not even sure if you are that type. C'mon, for those who are "trying to be" a totally different person, pretending you don't know that it's my number and wants to gather some information hoping that I will tell you things...have the guts to approach me. What is the matter if you just be yourself, you can definitely say hey, i am interested to know you, i would like to know you more.
Still there are a lot of people who uses this technology and even when we are only 11 digits away, people still deserves privacy.
